This is a 23.5g (0.83oz) sachet of Wine Yeast Nutrient suitable for treating 15-23 litres (4-6 US gallons) of wine must.

Directions:
Add sachet contents to juice must and stir well to dissolve, then pitch your yeast and ferment according to instructions on yeast packaging.
